Parent Association

The Charlotte Children’s Choir as a not-for-profit organization depends daily upon the many parents who volunteer their time and energy in support of the choir. Volunteers provide an amazing array of services and activities each year. From answering the office phone to providing snacks at Summer Choral Festival; from rehearsal assistants to moving risers; the members of the CCC Parents' Association are a vital part of the Choir.  Membership in the parent Association is automatic for all parents of choristers.

The purpose of the Parent Association is to provide a vehicle through which the parents or guardians of members of the choir can assist in the volunteer activities necessary for the operation of the choir.  In addition, serve as a liaison between members, the choir staff, and the Board of Directors.  The Association provides parents with the opportunity to work as a body in promoting the Choir through volunteer and fund-raising activities.  It is the responsibility of all parents to be an ACTIVE part of the CCC Parent Association.
