To report an absence:
Call the absentee line at 704-374-1892, ext. 30. The recording will state
that the line is unavailable. The line is available, but there is not a
person to take your call. Stay on the line and leave your child's name and
choir, the date of the absence, the reason for the absence, and a call back
number.
Weather Cancellations
The CCC follows the Charlotte Mecklenburg School Systems with regards to rehearsal cancellations due to inclement weather. If the schools are closed or canceled, rehearsal will not be held. You may also call the choir office to hear a message via voice mail at 704-374-1892 Ext 23.
