2012-2013 Season Charlotte Children’s Choir Tuition Payment Policies and Information

All tuition payments are non-refundable. You are required to pay for the season in full, even if your child drops out of the program or is removed at any time during the season. All payments must be mailed, hand delivered or made through the Choir’s website. Payments are not accepted at rehearsals.  

*Families with more than one chorister will receive a 25% discount on the lowest tuition. Please contact the choir office to confirm amount and pay tuition.

Accepted Methods of Payment

  • Credit Cards- Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card.  
  • Checks and Money Orders - make checks out to CCC.

If paying by check, please indicate the type of payment (tuition, uniform, donation, etc.) in the memo line.      
Please note that there is a $35 returned check fee charge.

Payment Options 

  • One Payment – Payment due by January 15, 2013.       
  • Monthly Payments- This option must be authorized by the Choir Office,  5 monthly payments beginning
    January 15, 2013 - May 1, 2013

    * The monthly payment option requires a debit/credit authorization and withdrawn from your account each month.    

Financial Assistance
A limited amount of financial assistance is available.   If you would like to be considered for financial assistance, you must complete the registration forms and Financial Assistance application.  Forms are reviewed and awarded based on need and available resources.
